Paul Bailey is the National Growth Leader for CLA. In this role, he leads the growth strategy across the Firm. He interacts with our industry and service leaders to develope industry growth plans and collaborates across the firm to drive strategic growth in chosen markets.
Prior to his current role, Paul served as the Regional Managing Principal of the West Region. Additionally, he has served as the managing principal of Western Washington and Portland Oregon.
He has over 20 years of experience working with private business owners and private equity firms. He has a variety of experience in strategic and succession planning, merger and acquisitions.
